dvi i duel link

i need to know the cheapest dvi i duel link cable or a dvi i adpter to hdmi [they need to be as cheap as possible.]

It's Dual link DVI and not "duel". Anyway, DVI-I carry both analog and digital signal and HDMI carry digital signal only so you can use any DVI-I to HDMI cable without any problem.
