HELP!!! Laptop is (Almost) Dead and planning for new PC

I need to do this quick but here is my build I have been planning. It is meant to be virtualization for 2 people. Don't ask why, but it would be really helpful if someone could help bring the price down. One thing that could help is finding the mobo for 7 gamers for about the same price as the mobo I have. It can come from eBay, but from a reliable seller that also includes a io plate. Thanks!

are you doing your own 2 gamers 1 cpu build?

Just a guy who peaked at building back in the days of the GTX 980. If you see me here, assume i have technical knowledge akin to a committed hobbyist builder back then. If something's changed, you'll need to tell me(nicely plz). I'm probably asking for help with the modern build scene since I have no clue what's going on.

It's a my computer is almost dead and my little brother's computer is dead and we need a PC.

I haven't given it any thought, but how much is your max budget? Imma see if I can get you a better setup with just two PC's. IDK if it will work, because i'll need dual mobos, cpus, etc, but i'm thinking that with less server grade stuff, and less unraid, it might save some money? It will also be easier... Imma just see if it works. Your budget?

$1600 for both (including keyboard and mouse and display)
