I would get an air cooler and a cheaper case. My recommendations:

cooler: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhd14

case: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/phanteks-case-phes614pbk or http://pcpartpicker.com/part/nzxt-case-cas340ww1

And then get something like this: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-pb258q

Here's a cheaper variation of your build that would still kill it at 1080p.

I'm looking at your current build and do you really need this? I mean get like a EVGA GS 850w ( Or G2/GQ, any XFX or SeaSonic ) to allow for say a future SLI/Crossfire setup, get the 980Ti, get the mouse, keyboard ect and then get like a 2560x1440 60-144Hz. Some go as low as around $250 for 1440p, 60Hz, IPS.

i7-6700k  Cooling: Deepcool Captain 240EX White GPU: GTX 1080Ti EVGA FTW3 Mobo: AsRock Z170 Extreme4 Case: Phanteks P400s TG Special Black/White PSU: EVGA 850w GQ Ram: 64GB (3200Mhz 16x4 Corsair Vengeance RGB) Storage 1x 1TB Seagate Barracuda 240GBSandisk SSDPlus, 480GB OCZ Trion 150, 1TB Crucial NVMe
