Optical audio to aux.

I have a ps4 hooked up to my monitor. My monitor has not speakers and no aux out on it at all. So for my audio I have been using my headphones hooked up to my controller. Lately thatere has been some interference that causes small drops of audio, not a big deal but definitely annoying. I always really want to be able to use speakers to watch Netflix and such since using headphones all the time is some what annoying.

 

So the ps4 has optical audio out. I am looking for a way to convert this optical out to a aux out to be able to plug a normal pair of speakers into, and maybe my headphones in.
