Where should I begin?

So my 380 Compact from Sapphire got here today, such an awesome card, I cannot say enough good things about it. I won't start telling you, because I probably won't stop saying how awesome it is.

 

Anyway, time to overclock and see what this puppy can do. Right now the stock frequencies are 980MHz on the core and 1400MHz on the memory. What's a good starting point and/or what's the average overclock on these cards? Anyone with an awesome 380 that can help me out?
