10 is fine, 15 ia better but will result in a bigger filesize. 

 

A bitrate is the number of bits you can have per second of footage, and it determines the overall "quality" of the video. The more data you can have per frame, the more clear your pixels become, the sharper your video is, and the more accurate your colors are.
