Should be fine.  Most people like to give themselves a bit more headroom with regards to wattage, especially if planning to OC GPU and/or CPU...but it will work fine.

You can't really go wrong with SeaSonic...they are widely considered to be the one of, if not THE, best PSU manufacturers. Just make sure it has enough wattage and PCIE cables for whatever MB and GPU you end up settling on.
