Razer Kraken Mic Problems

not that anyone bothered to reply but i fixed it now turns out my front pannel mic jack is broken or not plugged in or somthing coz its not fully working on the back pannel

so i have a pair of razer krakens that ive had for a while and they worked fine on my pc for a while now until i updated it to windows 10 (was running windows 7 before) and now the microphone doesnt pick up at all they work fine on my iphone macbook ect anyone suggest a possible fix i think it might have something to do with realtek audio or something but dont rule anything out at this point tbh
