That's probably what I should stick too... and is that the same reason, why the all the options in the 'Advanced Tuning' tab grayed out?

I'm not sure. Can you access those options in BIOS? If yes, then, since its Intel software, they don't want to support deeper OC on other than K-line CPUs.

 

Had to reintall XTU to see how it looks. I've used it to benchmark back when I got this CPU.
