Multi colored wires

Good day all,

 

Currently my build has all black sleeved cables thanks to my AX860i power supply, However I have 3 cables that are multi colored (not from power supply) and am wondering what my options are.

1 x AAFP connection and 2x UBS 2.0 connections at the base of my Asus Maximus VIII that stick out like a sore thumb. Can I get extension cables somewhere that are sleeved?
