Steam 0 bytes/s Disk Usage

So, I was downloading a game (Warframe) and my download worked up until about 33%, Then Stopped. I saw that my disk usage was 0 bytes/s so i assumed the download stopped to let the disk catch up or something along the lines of such, but, the disk usage never goes up. I've read a couple other posts on various websites, but none helped. I've restarted my computer, changed the download region, don't know why that would help though, and nothings changed, I needs da halp. Here is a Screenshot for some reason:
