Need a GPU

  So, I am doing a system build on a budget and was wondering if there is a good deal on a gtx 960 4gb or 380 or what not? I would like to fit a 4gb card in the budget pc but it won't work with the full retail price of a new one, so?

Why don't you try getting a 950 and then save up to upgrade or just save up longer and get a new GTX 960/R9 380?
