It could just be the RAM, try to remove it and insert it back. If that fails double check connections to the Power, HDD indicator Pins.

it would at least show the bios if the ssd wasnt in

Hmmm... That's definitely strange. 

 

Have you checked if all the pins for Power, HDD etc. are all in the right slot? If that still doesn't work and the computer still beeps I suggest removing components and then test. If it was a simple transplant of the components to a new case the only possible things that changed are the Pin placement and the possibility of loose components.

i wasnt able to plug a usb connector in the mainboard because i only have 2 usb slots on the mainboard and the beeping stopped after the 2nd restart i also installed a fan controller but its working

Make sure both the 24pin and the 8pin are fully plugged into the motherboard. (If you have 8pin for CPU)

If your Motherboard doesn't allow CPU fan bypass, make sure a fan is plugged into the CPU fan connector on the motherboard.

If you have a GPU remove it and put it back in.

24 pin is plugged in cpu fan is plugged in and ill try the graphics card now

i removed the graphics card plugged the monitors into the mainboard and still nothing i hope my cpu is still working

Do your motherboard have any LED indicators or Error Code displays?
