My mouse: MIZAR CM STORM

I have this problem for a while now, if I click on my scrollweel (mouse3) it sends multiple signals.

Sometimes it sends just 1 signal, in the worst cases it sends up to ~20.

I also noticed if I hold mouse3 it sends mulitple signals once (so it does not continue sendings signals), and if I stop holding it down it sends multiple signals once again.

This is really annoying if I want to open a link in a new tab in chrome.

It happens in all programs and games.

Example: https://gyazo.com/d190e228a3e7c1842afa2184b4e54229

What could be the problem?

Intel Core 6700K | Gigabyte GTX 970 | Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133

Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo | Phanteks Enthoo Pro | Samsung 850 EVO 250GB | Western Digital Blue 2TB

EVGA Supernova G2 750 | Microsoft Windows 10 | 2x 1080p monitors
