My post, located here

https://linustechtips.com/main/topic/548748-peripherals-usb-2-vs-3/

was moved into Peripherals from General Discussion without any notice to me. Why was there no notice or no "Topic was moved to forum" like I see on many others here? Also, my question, although containing the word peripheral was regarding usb latency first and foremost and not about the devices themselves so I have no clue why it was moved there. I am new to these forums and let me apologize for the error of posting something outside of its proper place, but no notification? No "Topic was moved to forum Peripherals"? Can you at least explain why some posts get "Topic was moved to forum" label when moved and others do not?

Did everyone see that? Because I will not be doing it again.

It happens when mods get busy and they don't have time for commentary. Happen to me once. They may PM you later about it.

You are better off PMing a mod(s) directly about this issue rather than posting about it.
