Need help with my PC

i was wondering if my PC (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/pDYw99) could run games like The Witcher 3 on ultra (60fps) with triple 1080p 60hz, or just one 1080p 60hz and a 1440p 144hz?

A friend of mine has almost the same build and he has triple 1080p 60hz and The Witcher 3 on ultra was like 30fps, so i was just asking for safety reasons.

maybe because he running a triple monitor? Or even watching a video in the back ground

Probably. But, +30 fps is usually good enough

Isnt it like the minimum frame rate needed to see smooth motion? So at that point playable?

Minimum smooth is for me 60+, 30 is just too mehh. I get headaches from 30fps, thats why i stopped playing on console.
