Help! (Ethernet Driver Problems Win7)

Hey guys, having a problem with the new PC that I just built for my friend. Tried to install windows 7 but the ethernet drivers aren't working. He has the Asus Z97-K Motherboard and the disk supplied with all the drivers crashes when we launch it so we need to download just the Ethernet driver online. Can you guys help out? Z97-K Asus Mobo, Windows 7 64 Bit.
