Or you can boot it without heatsink for like 25 secs, then power off, and lastly wipe the thermal paste off. *Warning* it might be very hot

Go to a pharmacy, or other store. I got 91% isopropyl alcohol from a walmart pharmacy for less than $5

As long as you can get 70% isopropyl alcohol or better, then you're in the clear. All you need after that is some Q-tips and some coffee filters.

You could get 90% from a store or pharmacy,

But you don't need 90% i've used 70% and i haven't had any issues.
