Anyone rich so you can bribe BT to put fibre, or even acceptable service in our area. I usually have a ping from in rage of 80 - 120... my download is 5 megabits/s and my upload is 0.1mb/s.

okay coz you might have to hang on a few years but BTs recent acquisition of EE  as they plan to use it in a project fi type way but for your router so it taps into cables and (soon to be 6g in about 3 years) the phone network.
