but i find a case that does has 3x 5.25" it will fit?

yes, if they don't use plates in between the bays otherwise you need to cut them out

no, that hot swap bay needs 3x 5.25'' and the case only has 2

Not that particular hot-swap but you can find another that is 1-2 bays i believe. Thou I'm interested to know why are you building hot-swap, and how useful can it be for you :)
