Best budget gpu?

I was thinking of getting the 950 after i build my pc but since its 160 i went down for ths 750 ti but should i spend the extra bucks for the 950 ? Any other recommendations would be helpfull thank you

Go for the 950. It's a good buget GPU that can be sold pretty easily. Also a good place holder for the pascal gpus coming out

Pascal is the newest GPU line from nvidia. Is suppose to be twice as fast as current gen gpus

Honestly, if you can throw down $160 for a GTX 950, you might as well wait for a little while until you have an extra $30 and grab an R9 380. This one's actually going for just $4 more if you use the mail-in rebate, and will have you set damn near maxing stuff out at 1080p 60FPS. It outperforms the GTX 950 by a lot, even handily beating its big brother; the GTX 960.

However, if you want to play at a higher refresh rate and resolution, get the 750 TI for now and use what you've saved to get a more powerful Pascal GPU when they hit stores.
