I made a previous topic, but my budget increased. Right now I'm looking for a smartphone under $400. As of now, I'm torn between the LG G4, or the Motorola X Pure Edition. Both are very similar, however it seems like LG has a smaller screen, more PPI, and is a little smaller. What annoys me with LG phones is the on-screen touch buttons, but the Moto X Pure is larger so it compensates. I honestly don't know which phone to get. Unless there are other suggestions out there.

Whatever is listed below is what I want in a smartphone under $400, any suggestions on which one to get?

*QuadHD Screen

*Good Battery Life

*At least 5.5inch

*Can handle heavy SoT and get me through the day

Well, I'm currently borrowing my Dad's Note 4, so I guess I'm used to QuadHD. So I mean yeah. QHD is becoming a standard anyway these days.

Just get either the LG G4 or a OnePlus 2.

Honestly, if I gave you a phone with a good FHD screen and told you it was QHD, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference.

If you want on-screen buttons and battery is an issue, ask if he'll sell you his Note 4.

Note 3's cost very little these days and you wouldn't REALLY notice a huge difference. Look around for one of those.

My Rig: 2x Xeon x5690 @ 3.45Ghz 24GB DDR3 EEC RAM Asus STRIX GeForce GTX 970 SuperMicro X8DT3 Windows Server 2008 R2

Here's a little TL;DR of what you need to know about the GTX 970 and R9 390

R9 390 works better in VRAM-bound scenarios and compute bound scenarios and is best paired with higher end processors

GTX 970 works better in CPU-bound scenarios and tessellation bound scenarios and is best paired with lower end processors
