380x thoughts?

At that price the 380x really is best. And it is a great card, but the more you spend the more you get. For example a 390 > 380x.

Now if the performance gain is worth the extra cash or not, is up to you to decide

im looking to play gta v 1080p high settings and arma 3 medium-high settings, can it run those games?

Easily, but for Arma you need a good CPU and don't place any expectations as the game is unoptimised as hell.
