how does "gameservers.com" work?

I bought a server from gameservers.com and I thought it would be simple. I don't know how to start it or connect to it? how to change the config. I also have no idea what an FTP is?  I just want to have my team members with me in this practice server but don't know anything about this can someone please help? I have yet to find a guide or tutorial and FAQ on there site is for people that know what they are doing.

They have very informative support pages. I used to have both CoD4 and BF3 match servers from there. https://my.gameservers.com that's place where you can control your servers. You get login details with order to your email. There's listed public IP for server. There you can also update it, add supported mods, maps etc. depending on game. Change name of server, add pw etc. etc.

they take care of everything so I can focus on getting better, and organizing my team. There is no need to learn how to opeate server , or read complicated manuals, or learn how to use an ftp. for just a couple dollars more they take care of everything and have amazing customer service
