Display Port 1.2 to HDMI 2.0

Hi guys, I want to connect my computer to my Vizio 4K TV. The only input the tv has is HDMI 2.0 and my computer only has display port. I've searched high and low for an adapter for Display Port 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 and couldn't find any. Any help? Any Suggestion?

Seems to work. You'll probably need a DP to Mini DP adapter along with it, but those are cheap.
