Fan controllers?

Ok, so I had a major "oh crap, good job me" moment today.

Got a new case recently, which came with a barely fan controller fan controller. All the pre installed fans were plugged into that, and I may or may not have forgotten to remove the outtake fan in the back and plug it into my mobo. Then I run my GPU to about 150F ish and then go to turn my tower off, realizing the case was nearly burning.

Then realized there was no running outtake fan, great!

 

This sparked a thought.. I use all of my SYS FAN plugs on my 3 case fans.. so I will probably also need a fan controller and have the option to change the RPMs as needed.

Suggestions?
