No setup will game at surround 4k, surround 5k is just out of the question.

 

A fourth titan x only contributes maybe 5% increase to performance, it's wasted money.

the rest is decidedly, meh.

A lot of us here on the forums have gotten to the point where the cost of a build is almost meaningless, it's all about how you implement it, and the parts you choose.

Also causes more micro stuttering.

Also, the 128GB of RAM would be useless, since the 5960x can't use 128GB if I'm correct. I'd change the cooler to the NZXT Kraken X61. 6TB worth of SSD's is also useless, you're better off getting a NVMe/PCIe SSD with lower amount of space, and getting a much cheaper 6TB HDD. That motherboard is overpriced, too. You won't be getting any results at 5k surround, not yet anyways. At most you could get 30 fps on low-med settings. 

Take a look at this video. You're gonna get MORE stuttering and less FPS.
