This build idea is a black primary with white accents and wall the parts are not cheap, it's not meant to be. This is meant to be over the top and crazy but I feel that it has food synergy and potential for a great build.

The GPU has a blue PCB, that will look awful in your build. The MSI TF model has black PCB. Also the shit colored noctuas won't look good, I'd get Corsair AF and SP120, they will look sweet with the white rings included. Get the quiet edition. PSU is a preference, but I'd get Seasonic P series 760, but only if you want to SLI, otherwise Seasonic G series 550 is completely enough. I believe you don't want to spend ton of money on RAM, but Dominators would look so good here :)

My rig: CPU: Intel core i5 4670K MoBo: MSI Z87-G45 Gaming RAM: Kingston HyperX Beast 2x4GB 1600mhz CL9 GPU: EVGA GTX780 SC ACX SSD: ADATA Premier Pro SP900 256GBHDD: Western Digital RED 2TB PSU: FSP Aurum CM 750W Case: Cooler Master HAF XM OS: Windows 8 Pro

The fans are picked not for color but for performance. And I have them there in the anticipation of the black version coming soon. And as far the blue pcb, that is what the back plate is for in the custom parts section and I know the sound card is over kill but I personally love the breakout box that comes with the pheabus

Noctuas are no better than those Corsair fans. And you will still be able to see the PCB if you WC, if you buy it just to hide the blue, you just pay more for something you ain't gonna use, you better get the model I suggested, it looks better and has a better cooler. But did you consider NVidia? There are some cards which look like born for your rig.

I personally have found that price per dollar AMD cards are better for me historically. And yes the noctuas are way better than the corsair fans by a pretty significant margin

Noctua fans are quite better and quieter as well.

What can be possibly quiter than something you can't hear in the daytime? Normal people can't recognize 21db, maybe in the night, but it isn't tragic. But this really kills the color scheme, and since you pay more for a fully modular PSU, Sabertooth board exc., just to make a georgeous color scheme, why buy fans that completely kill it?

I never said to get Noctuas but that they were better than Corsair's.

Corsair's fans aren't that quiet compared to many cheaper and quieter alternatives.
