Need help with "gaming" pc

Hello guys I'm on a super low budget I'd say max 350 and I need a new pc. I play wow and hearthstone and that's it on pc. I do use my pc for my movie collections as a media server for my house and just normal day to day things. I have built pics in the past but it's been about 2 years and I have never had to build on a budget for a specific reason so I'm pretty lost any help would be much appreciated.

I just say buy parts off eBay.

 

Honestly $350 is a really tight budget. I thought I had a small one which was $500. But I got all new and got a fx-8320 and a R9-280x which isn't horrible.

GPU: XFX RX 7900 XTX

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D
