If this is a machine meant for watching youtube, that is ridiculously overkill. I have a gma 950 based laptop that can watch 720p with little stutter. As a gaming pc, its not all that bad though the psu is a little out of date. the newer rmx and rmi psus while still being gold, have all Japanese caps.

If you are talking about gaming and streaming to twitch at the same time then I would recommend getting a 6 core or 8 core processor. Honestly those do the best in this situation.

GPU: XFX RX 7900 XTX

CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D

you don't need a 1000W Power supply, that's overkill. You can use something like an Corsair RM550.

Btw, you know there's something more recent like Intel i7 6700k (Skylake) with a Motherboard H170 / Z170 and DDR4 RAM.
