I've just discovered, the 1304Mhz is the stock boost clock that my graphics card has... Just clicked profile 1 and applyed and voilá 1499Mhz, but why the hell it wanst overclocking?

Could just be afterburner not applying profiles?  Minor software bug then - nothing to refund the card over! :D
