Any suggestions/criticism would help. Also, I'd appreciate it if people told me if I need to buy extra cables or cpu cooler etc. The budget was 600 euro with delivery. -Thanks in advance <3

maybe change the amd for an intel i3 6100

1) Get an i5-4460/i3-4170 and a B85/H81/H97 board.

2) Change the 950 to an R9 380 if possible

3) Change the PSU to anything from tiers 1 to 5 on this list:

then change the cpu only if possible to an i3 6100 skylake cpu, and maybe a cheap seasonic psu

Check with your merchant, but the Asus M5A97 R2.0 usually comes with 2 SATA data cables. The memory kit is a few Euros more expensive than need be. The wrist band is bit expensive.

I wasn't buying the wristband, it's just an ad underneath, but is the wristband really necessary?

Right, so if I have change to the i3 6100, I have 200 euros to spend on the graphics card, unfortunately the r9 380 is 50 over that : / An r7 370 fits in, will that work?

No. If one is careful and "grounds" themselves periodically, there should not be a need for a wristband.
