Hahaha, told my teachers that I didn't like to do this after we got there.

They allowed me to go, here is the fun part: it's in a village, very far away from my hometown VERY. Like at farmland and such.

So here I am 2 hours of bus riding later, and 40 minutes of walking in the pouring rain with a very heavy bag on my shoulder.

Now I am in the train for another half hour then I reach my hometown, already sat in the train for an hour now.

All this without a wink of sleep last night.

I am demolished physically and emotionally.

So true. Especially in case of School trips with your class. The term ''camping trip'' isn't as right as it used to be.

Very fun, I go camping every year in the red woods with my youth group and i'm pretty convinced that bears don't exist cause we walked around that place from 5:30pm then got lost and didn't get back to the campsite till around 2am

For some reason about some ''red woods'' first I thought of Red forest in Ukraine... lol :D

Never trust my advice. Only take any and all advice from me with a grain of salt. Just a heads up.

I know that feel. I went for a three day treking camp with my school in a nearby village, and not having tech is a great problem. However, if your school packs enough stuff to do in a day, you shouldn't feel the need to even carry a phone. We were trekking for 8-10 hours a day and in my free time, I chilled with a few friends, had baths [i hate being dirty], read books, or prepared for the evening programme that was either a school quiz or talent show. Just hope your school does not leave you idle for more than an hour and you should be fine :)
