Issues with VBox

Ok so im running a virtual machine of OS X and when i was installing it I could see my mouse (like in and out of the VBox). Now I can press R-Ctrl and it will appear outside of the Vbox, but as soon as i click into the VBox it doesn't work. What am i doing wrong?
