Changed CPU for one which has more cores, is more powerful, for around the same price. Might help for future projects if you will use it for any other thing rather than gaming. Will also help in DX12 performance.

Changed mobo to an X99 mobo.

Changed the CPU cooler for better temps + overclocking performance.

Changed your 24" monitor to one which has the same features but is significantly cheaper so we can stay within the budget.

I'll also consider changing your mouse to the M65, but that's personal preference.

Spoiler

I had that other monitor in there cuz it was 1440p and that was going to be my main monitor.  That cooler won't fit cuz its a 140mm and I already thought about it.

Please check out my PC build.  The price needs to stay around where it is at and want to have two monitors.  Its going to be mostly for gaming.  All suggesting are welcome.  Thanks in advance.

-I don't understand why you would get a 6700K and just a hyper212, that's just a waste, get a better cooler for overclocking or don't get a k-series cpu.

-750w psu would be enough

-get windows 7 here and upgrade for free to 10 : https://www.reddit.com/r/microsoftsoftwareswap/

I put a Noctua NH-U12S and that psu is for when I add a second graphics card
