The other day when I was trying to put on the side panel of my Cooler Master Storm Trooper case, I noticed that the screws wouldn't stay in.

 

I decided to change screws, but to my disappointment, the threads within the panel and case itself had become worn out.  Now I can't put my side panel back on :(

 

I'm looking for suggestions at this point, but I don't know if I want to introduce magnets or tape as that could have problems or make my case look cheap.

all i can think of is getting some bolts and making it work that way

tbh, get some neodymium magnets

itll work, and shouldnt look bad

You can rethread them if you want...

You should be able to get a screw to thread that is just slightly larger than what was in there. Even the same size with thicker threads may do it
