Weired BIOS problem

Hello, so today I tried to overclock my FX-8120 cpu on my Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 rev.3 Motherboard. I didnt thought too much about it and just played around a little because the MoBo has dual-bios, not that smart, i know.... when i saved and exited the Bios,my pc turned on properly, but when I logged into windows, my pc shut down. I tried restarting and then my Pc would crash a little earlier. when i tried to enter my bios the 3rd time I restarted, it would crash a couple seconds after i'm in the BIOS. After that i tried everything again and it here are the results: It crashed a couple Seconds after i enter the BIOS, it chrashes when i try to enter the bios, windows is reporting a proplem and suggesting to restart, it crashes right after it loaded my windows-desktop.

I tried to Q-Flash the motherboard but the USB-stick i had the BIOS on wasn't recognized. My RAM is Corsair Vengeance with1600mhz and 9-9-9-24 timing.

I hope you guys can help me.   BTW. i don't have another MoBo, RAM or CPU to switch around.

Reset BIOS?

how would you do that? My Pc crashes 2 seconds after i enter the bios and it somehow doesn't recognize it when i put a BIOS backupon a flash drive. I also took the CMOS-batter aout and disconnected the power.
