Stuck at the EFI screen?

So I was trying to installed windows and was getting everything setup. I had to restart my system, but when I booted back up I was automatically loaded into this EFI screen(http://imgur.com/ULboRW9, sry for bad quality). I don't get the chance to even go into the BIOS. It just straight loads me up into this. How do I get out of this screen?

Yes. The same thing happens if I press esc right away.
