Please help me choose

It's first time I ever write to forums... So here it goes..

I decided to build my home/study server (Oracle sql database, maybe windows server 2012) using hyper-V. The dilemma came up when i wanted to buy a CPU with LGA1155 socket (Since i had every single part except the CPU). I am now deciding which one of these 2 CPU should i get. The options are:
i5-2500

i3-3220

I could get the i5 one for about 85-90eu and the i3 for around 35-40eu. Don't know which one is more worth the money. Thank you in advance :)
