I might be wrong but the HD6990 is on legacy (non)support as of Crimson launch, isn't it?

I'd go ahead and scavenge for older, working drivers

I installed new crimson beta drivers, for HD 6990, and they work like a charm!!!! 1.6.1.1 I think it is. The newest one with the Fallout 4 hotfix. All is fixed, all is working perfectly, even CrossfireX :D:D:D

Hi guys,

Did anyone get a working solution for the glitch on Crossfire for Fallout 4?

This is pretty much how it looks like for me after I updated to 1.3.47 LeKTCrg.jpg

I have an older GPU HD 6990, so the new crimson drivers don't actually work on it. Especially crossfire profiles I had problems with.

Also performance-wise it wouldn't utilize all of the GPU, it would say 99%  on usage but gpu temps were like 75°..
On these drivers they're on 82-85° on 99% usage. Which is how it should be. You can feel it in the FPS. In short, crimson didn't work for this GPU :(
