I have Keyboard, Mouse and Headset. I just wanted a bit of help, maybe someone could modify my pc a bit i kinda wanna stay under $1200 so i have a bit left for vacation.

750W is kinda overkill for this build. EVGA also has 550W and 650W alternatives...

What are you planning on using your pc for? If you only plan on gaming an i5-4690k is good enough. And if you get a k-series cpu it is maybe a good idea to get a z97 mbo.

Having an overkill PSU not only costs more but will make the system run less efficiently by taking up more power and by making it slightly hotter
