OS is on your disk so you probably wipe the OS with it, but I guess you can just install windows again?

If I wipe it and install windoes from an USB Stick, what will happend with the liscens? I don't have the code since the rig is an upgraded pre-build system

It should be stored in your motherboard if it's UEFI, but use use this and write down your product key anyway.

What OS are you running? if it is windows 10 you can do a rrefresh on it so it will be like a new installed version again with the licence intact.
