help fix Citrus

need help figuring out what's wrong with my computer. the screen freezes and goes black audio stutters and then i have to reset the computer in order to get anything to work. also today for the first time all the previous things happened but then the computer reset itself. NEED HELP BAD SO PLEASE HELP ME

What are you using to cool the cpu?  And is this a problem with a new build or something that just started happening to an old pc..
