yeah, we need a budget before we can recommend anything.

About 400 to 500 and not sure about moniter and windows os probably the others I obviously dont know kinda new to this but want to make a computer that would run warframe and other steam games

I am wondering if it is better to save up all my money then buy a PC or buy each part when I have enough money for that part.

Establish a rough budget then save up. If it takes any amount of time some new tech will have been released between now and then (even if it is only a few months).
