budget pc best capture software HELP

hi ive built a budget pc which I'm wanting/hoping to game capture.

my build

amd a6 6400k black edition

hd 6670 gpu dual graphics enabled

ocz ssd

I'm wanting to know what game capture software would be best for this if any and what settings?

despite it being a budget build it actually plays games to a decent standard.

any help would be appreciated.

open broadcast software

made for broadcast, but it will capture fine

yes but the hd6670 gpu is unsupported they only support the 7000 series up

turn off broadcast and it will still let you save the image

otherwise, fraps is alright, but its not really "good", per se

obs multiplatform or just obs?

also what settings and codecs etc would be best

i just used obs to broadcast and played around a bit with that

by the time i wanted to record, i had shadow play
