Logitech G402 mouse wheel problem

I picked up a G402 at a thrift store recently, and the first thing i noticed was the scroll wheel did not respond at all. HELP!

clearly it was at the thrift store because it is broken...

Everything works fine, wheel even clicks. but won't respond.

You could try take it apart and fix it but that might not be easy. Could be a bad solder or maybe something else.
