Does this look like a scam?

This program claims to be windows defender, but it looks a little fishy:

The taskbar icon looks like this:

When I go to the control panel and click on the windows defender in the control panel it brings this window up.

Got an Android, never going back to apple again (notice I spelled apple with a lowercase and Android with an uppercase)
