Is there a difference?

Hey guys, i was wondering if there's any difference in performance in these GPU's. I found these in 2 difference local shops at difference prices.

 

136€ Gigabyte GeForce GTX750 TI OC WINDFORCE 2GB GDDR5: > Image here <

132€Gigabyte GeForce GTX750 Ti OC Edition: > Image here <

I am very confused right now. The OC edition doesn't have the windforce logo on the gpu but has one on the box. The other vice-versa. 

I am going to do some mild OC so which one is the best for me?

Nether is my advice. Get a MSI or EVGA.

 

How much overclocking do you plan on doing?

I have no idea really, just nothing crazy ; ). EVGA or MSI are a bit more expensive at local shops.i found this MSI GPU but i guess you were refering to the TwinFrozr one right?

For a 750ti it shouldn't matter too much. If you can get a better deal on the Gigabyte by all means go for it. If you have ZOTAC in your region that's another great manufacturer.

 

And if you do get the Gigabyte, go for the Windforce. Worth the extra for a better cooler.
