I need to build a pc for my mom, she is into mathematical processing(matlab) and image processing algorithms(mathematically)

she can benefit from CUDA(parallel processing toolbox from matlab)

the budget is $800 without PSU as i already have one(500W) and hard drives.

what should i go for?

P.S i think she will benefit from more CUDA cores so how about a used 690 or something like that?

Probably go for a Xeon E3 CPU, 16GB of any RAM, and the used GPU is probably a good idea.

Almost as cool as my temps
