Gaming Computer Build Under $400.

I am planning onto build a gaming of for a friend and I only have a $400 USD budget can anyone build me a pc that can game and stream videos and movies?

I'm gonna post two different builds. I recommend you go with my plan for the first.

 

First: Used GPU build. This leaves you with around 120 dollars to find a good used gpu, this will give you the better price/performance than buying everything new. Look for used 7970's or 280x's in this range.

This should be capable of decent gaming, streaming,etc...However, if you can up your budget a little bit, you can get a R9 380.
